can be slid from mode 1 to mode 2 mode 1 is low gear which results in lower
rotations per minute with more torque mode 2 is high gear with higher
rotations per minute this is battery protection board for
discharger in short circuit we remove the gearbox for cleaning peace
with the peace thank you for watching and do not forget
like and subscribe break this drill/driver includes a break
that engages when the trigger is released this stops the rotation of the
drill quickly when the trigger is released which is greatly appreciated
during repetitive driving operations adjustable clutch the clutch can be
engaged using incremental settings that range from 1 to 18 or it can be
disengaged by selecting the drill setting I clean the parts with a wd-40 spray

  1. Clean with WD40? So keep on spraying and brushing away the grime? What about the motor? Mine is smoking and actually has small, ember fire instead of bright yellow spark.

  2. I tried fixing my Bosch 2.4 v psr screw driver. I removed the two retaining pins and the whole gear /brake assembly fell out in bits and pieces. I tried reassembling and forced the pins out of alignment & couldn't get them out. I threw out the tool into garbage. But not one to give up retrieved it. Cut the plastic cover held out of alignment. Removed the pins. Thanks to your video I reassembled and it's working! Thanks again for detailed video though it's not the same model it was clear how to reassemble my tool.

  3. I too have the same model. What could be the problem if the gear assembly section and the handle body wobbles slightly when move from side to side ?
